Cakes by Me is happy to offer you an exciting service in our Cupcake and Cake Decorating parties, a unique, fun and exciting party idea to celebrate your child’s next birthday.
Cakes by Me will come into your relaxed home environment to creatively entertain invited guests for up to three hours, keeping them busy making their decorated cakes.

Decorating Parties Packages:
Cupcake Party Package – R100 p/p
This is a 1-1.5 hour session
Your Cupcakes Decorating Party Includes:
​Cupcake Decorator for the Duration of the Party.
​Four Fresh Vanilla Cupcakes Ready to Decorate.
​Fondant for your Cupcakes in the Colours based on the designated designs to be taught by your cupcake decorator and suited to your guests’ age.
​Buttercream and other cupcake toppers as required.
​Make your own sugar art using different cutters to decorate your cupcakes
​Cupcake box to take their beautifully decorated cupcakes home.
​Apron and chef’s hat to wear at the party.
​A personalised certificate in cupcake decorating for each child.
​All the necessary table cloths, place mats, tools and equipment to use on the date to prepare their cupcakes
Mini Bake Party Package – R200 p/p
This is a 2 hour session
Your Mini Bake Decorating Party Includes:
Cake Decorator for the Duration of the Party.
A pre-baked 2 layer, 10cm sponge cake
Fondant for your Cake in the Colours based on the designated designs to be taught by your cake decorator and suited to your guests’ age.
Buttercream and other decorations as required.
Make your own sugar art using different cutters to decorate your cakes
Box to take their beautifully decorated cake home.
Apron and chef’s hat to wear at the party.

This is a 2.5 hour session

This is a 3 hour session
Your Standard Bake Decorating Party Includes:
Cake Decorator for the Duration of the Party.
Pre-baked 2 layer, 10cm top tier and 15cm bottom tier sponge cakes
Fondant for your Cake in the Colours based on the designated designs to be taught by your cake decorator and suited to your guests’ age.
Buttercream and other decorations as required.

Box to take their beautifully decorated cake home.

How it Works:
You invite your guests to your home or venue and we come along with all the necessary equipment to teach you and your guests how to decorate your cupcakes or cakes.
Your guests can create our shown design or make up their own. Once completed, their cupcakes or cakes are put into their box to take home and show their families.
All the party host needs to provide is the tables, chairs and other refreshments and we will do the rest.
